She ensures the premises are always in tip-top condition and coordinates all external teams: electricians, builders, gardeners and refrigeration engineers. If something unexpected comes up, Mariana finds a solution calmly, efficiently and always with a smile.
Her good humour and positive energy make her a cornerstone of the team. Outside of Lume&Co, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and dancing to unwind.
