He&#8217;s demanding and responsible, which means he always seeks the best from each of us and doesn&#8217;t settle for less. His talent for innovation is impressive; he&#8217;s always experimenting with new flavors and techniques, which keeps our cuisine exciting and constantly evolving.   <\/p>\n\n<p>When he&#8217;s not creating incredible dishes, Ibai loves traveling with his wife. Together they explore new destinations and, like any true Basque, they&#8217;re always in search of good food. His love for gastronomy isn&#8217;t limited to cooking; he also enjoys discovering new culinary cultures on his travels.
